Shipping Policy
Order Processing

All orders are processed within five business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our shipping services are limited to the United States.

Lost or Damaged Items
Leaders of Harmony is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns Policy
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact us at returns@leadersofharmony.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
